how to tell if a beer pong table is with good quality or not

beer pong game exists worldwide everywhere. And there are so many different beer pong tables in the market , problem comes: how to tell beer pong table's quality. How to know whether one beer pong table is with good quality or not.

Below we shall give you some small tips to learn to tell easily.

1) beer pong table structure, whether it could get stable asap after finish unfolding. The beer pong table is for beer pong game obvious, the first and most important factor shall be for the table to stay stable while playing game. Only the beer pong table with all the 6 legs laying on the ground could stay stable. Such as whether the table surface has obvious bulge, whether there is deformation of aluminum parts, whether there is scratch on aluminum frame. The surface bulge shall influence the ball bouncing, which shall further influence the fairness of one game, which is unacceptable. However, as the table itself is made of MDF board, and the MDF board has some small bulge naturally, so tiny and not obvious bulge is acceptable, while large and obvious ones is not good. Usually bulge shorter than 1mm is acceptable.

3) Printing quality of table surface

Most of table has logo and design printed. The content printing quality is a big factor of table quality. The most common printing shortcomings are : color splash, uneven color printing, printing area fallen or losing, short brightness of printing. Usually sticker printing quality is much better and stable than silk printing. Silk printing is very easy to break and scrape in the process. 4) Water and alcohol resistance

Water and alcohol resistance is another big factor of table quality. Bad table surface shall absorb the liquid and be easy to get dirty after poured into water or alcohol. While good table shall stay the same after being wet. Usually silk printing table is better than sticker printing regarding this aspect. However, our sticker printing tables still have strong water and alcohol resistance. Using pp and pvc printing, there is one anti-liquid layer in front of the surface, which shall help prevent the liquid to go further into the inner table. Many customers are amazed by our excellent printing quality and strong liquid resistant features.

5)Scratch resistant feature

Many tables are easily getting damaged because of scratched from knife, scissors, fork or even from fingernails, especially for the tournament using beer pong tables. Naturally silk printing tables with melamine board is scratch resistant, most of sticker printing tables are not scratch resistant. However, there is one goods news. Recently we newly developed one kind of scratch resistant tables, its surface has thicker and more durable layer, which could protect tables from any edged products scratch damages.

6) waterproof feature of backside tables

If the backside tables is with usual brown board, it is not waterproof, which means that if the tables are put in the damp warehouse, it shall be easy to get mouldy. If the backside tables is with white board, which means that the board is with melamine board, it is waterproof, no matter in the damp or wet warehouse, it shall look good.
